Mint tea is something I’ve grown to love whenever I go to a Moroccan restaurant, specifically Cafe Mogador. My friend showed me it’s really simple to make and you can make it hot or cold depending on season.

My roommate suggested that I tie the string from the tea bag around the mint to keep it from floating around and I thought that was ingenius!
Pour hot water and honey to your amount of liking.
After it has steeped well, I take both tea and mint out. I don’t like it too dark or bitter.
