Spring seems less likely to arrive as March enters mid-month with temperature barely above freezing. Some days, it’s a balmy 50 degree F and then the next, dips below freezing with freezing wind.

Chocolate Strawberry Cupcake for Two
As the month of February and Valentine’s Day fast approaches, I started to think about what to do for a special dinner. Last year, I made chocolate fondue with strawberries for dessert. A Very Hoboken Afternoon
It’s not everyday you’ll hear me say, I’m in New Jersey! I avoid it like the plague since I always feel trapped if I go there, despite knowing there’s public transportation available. But this past weekend, my boyfriend needed to send a package from New Jersey so I thought a good compromise was to visit Hoboken. It’s an island off New Jersey so less daunting than the entire state known as the armpit of America.

Dark Chocolate Dip
Ah, desserts are the night’s sweet givings. Decadent and indulgent, they are a dreamy end to a long day’s work. I had meant to start the year with a fondue of chocolate and fruits but we overdid that new year’s eve night with a galore of food that seemed unending.
I finally had the chance to make a chocolate dip dish on a cold, windy night.
It’s really a simple thing to make though I’m not sure how correctly made it is. This is a small dish meant for two people, a romantic night in.
